Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before commissioning me. By purchasing a commission, you agree to the rules listed below.

Note: I currently do not offer backgrounds. You may request one, but please be aware the result may not meet my usual quality standards.

General Rules & Rights

Artist Rights: I reserve the right to post all commissioned artwork to my social media and portfolio (with a watermark).
Privacy: If you want the art for personal use only (not posted online), an extra fee will apply.
AI Clause: Do NOT feed my artwork into AI generators or use it for AI training, even if you have purchased the piece.
Edits: Do NOT modify or edit my artwork without my explicit permission.
Refusal: I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.

Process & Timeline

Workflow: Sketch ➔ Revision ➔ Base Color ➔ Revision ➔ Rendering ➔ Finished Piece.
Revisions: You get 5 free revisions during the Sketch and Base Color stages. Additional revisions or revisions requested after the rendering stage will incur extra charges.
Communication: Please respond promptly to sketches. Delayed responses will result in a delayed finish date.
Deadline: Completion time depends on my real-life schedule and complexity, but the maximum wait time is usually 3 weeks.

Pricing & Add-ons

Extra Characters: +100% of the base price per character (Max 4 per canvas).
Props & Animals: Starting at $5 USD / 10k IDR (depending on complexity).
Commercial Use: 2x the base price.
Complexity Fee: High-detail poses, designs, or compositions start at +$5 USD / 10k IDR.

Payment & Refunds

International: PayPal & Vgen
Local (Indonesia): Gopay, Shopeepay, Dana, OVO
System: Payment is required after the sketch is approved. I will not proceed to coloring until payment is received.
Priority: The queue is "Pay First, Serve First."
Refunds: Strictly no refunds unless there is a genuine emergency on my end.

Pricing Policy

Regional Pricing: Please note that prices differ for Local (IDR) and International (USD) clients. I offer a specialized rate for my home country, while keeping international prices lowered to ensure the gap remains fair for everyone.
Currency: Please ensure you are looking at the correct price list based on your location/payment method.

Reference: You must provide clear image references of the character. I do NOT accept text-only descriptions for character designs.
Details: Please be specific about the pose and expression to avoid excessive revisions.
Delivery: Final files will be sent via Google Drive or Email.
